These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Lotus33 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at lotus33.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Lotus33 platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other access point — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. • You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a Lotus33 employee or affiliated entity.

• You must not have had a previous Lotus33 account permanently suspended for violations of these Terms.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Lotus33 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, contact details, payment methods, or device configurations — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to update this information promptly should any of the details change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

Prior to processing a player's first withdrawal — and at any other time Lotus33 deems necessary — players will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport showing full name and date of birth.
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or copy of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits, sufficient to confirm ownership.

Lotus33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable period following a request may be restricted or closed.

5.1 Deposits

Lotus33 supports deposits via the following approved payment channels, subject to availability and applicable minimum/maximum limits: DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), and Ethereum (ETH).

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by friends, family members, or any other party — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated from time to time. Lotus33 does not impose charges on standard deposit transactions; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Lotus33 may request additional verification where withdrawals are requested to a different method.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Lotus33 aims to process approved MYR withdrawal requests within minutes via DuitNow and FPX. Processing times for other channels may vary.
• Lotus33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This may extend processing time on an exceptional basis.

Lotus33 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP tier rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement specified for each promotion (for example, 10x, 18x, or 35x). Until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full, bonus-derived winnings remain ineligible for withdrawal.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the conditions stated for each promotion, including minimum deposit thresholds (e.g., RM 30 or RM 50 as specified) and account status requirements.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While clearing a bonus wagering requirement, a maximum single-bet limit applies as stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during wagering may render the bonus and associated winnings void.

• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses constitutes a breach of these Terms.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the Lotus33 platform, encompassing sports betting, live casino games, slot games, esports betting, crash games, and all other products offered:

7.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• The settlement of sports bets is based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority or governing body — for example, FIFA results for football, UFC fight results from official scorecards, and Liga Super Malaysia results from the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM).
• Live in-play bets are accepted at Lotus33's discretion and are governed by the live betting rules applicable at the time the bet is placed.
• Lotus33 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet without providing a reason, including where a player's betting pattern suggests advantage play or where market integrity may be at risk.
• In the event of a match or event abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules, which may include voiding affected bets and returning stakes.

7.2 Casino Games

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or live dealer human action in the case of live dealer games. No game outcome is predetermined or manipulable by the Platform outside of standard house-edge mathematics.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that results in an incorrect game result or payout, Lotus33 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered stake to the player. Lotus33 accepts no liability for any consequential losses arising from a technical malfunction.
• The published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are accurate to the best of the Platform's knowledge at the time of publication and are not modified after a game is made live on the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Lotus33 platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with ordinary human gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or any technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Lotus33 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

Lotus33 will never contact you via email, live chat, phone, or any other channel to request your account password. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to Lotus33 support immediately.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify Lotus33 immediately through the live chat support channel. Lotus33 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, but shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the player's own failure to maintain credential security.

• The player has provided false or unverifiable identity information.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, legitimate funds held in the account will be preserved during the review period. Following confirmed breach, Lotus33 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds or winnings derived from conduct in violation of these Terms.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Lotus33 platform — including but not limited to the platform design, software architecture, trademarks, logos, graphics, written content, and game interfaces — are owned by or licensed to Lotus33 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from Lotus33.
• Using any Platform trademark, logo, or brand asset for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
